How to reset data cache on Groove IP app.

If you are not able to log into the Groove IP app on your phone, you might try the following: 

1. Open Android Settings.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Tap GrooVe IP.
4. Tap Clear cache, then Clear data and finally Uninstall.
5. Restart your phone.
6. Reinstall GrooVe IP from Google Play.
7. Login using the email address and password selected when you set up your RingTo account.
